My waitress brought my drink quickly and Never came back to take my food order. I left without ever ordering. Won't be back.

I went online to place a Curbside order as I am pregnant and with the amount of snow and cold weather I did not want to have to get out of my truck. They will only allow you to pay online. So I called them as I have a $10 gift card and was going to pay the remainder in cash. The young lady gave me to a gentleman who I assume was a manager and I explained my situation to him. He was not helpful AT ALL! He stated I would have to come in and I then said that I would just go somewhere else for lunch. I work for a company in downtown Rochester and also am in customer service and do anything I can to assist my customers. This was absolutely terrible customer service on Chili's end. They are capable of taking an order over the phone and taking 2 minutes to run out and grab the cash that I had on me and would have also made an extra $6 tip on a $14 order. I am disgusted.
Everything was good enough. I feel like Chili's, like all other large chain restaurants, is just glorified fast food. If you are hungry, want to sit down, and there is nothing else. Well you could do worse.
I'd give this restaurant a negative rating if Google allowed it. Went here for lunch today with two others. Every single order was messed up (after a 45 minute delay in serving). The restaurant had hardly any other patrons so it's not like they were swamped or anything. Manager was unapologetic. This is the second time in last 3 months that this has happened and there won't be a third time as we won't be going back. Sad to see a once great eatery reduced to this horrible state due to bad management.
