Cars are old and rickety. The lady handling the drop offs is pretty rude. Never coming back. Good luck.
Very bad experience. Staff very rude, unprofessional, no consumer service skills. They wanted me to pay $10 for satellite radio that I did not want. There are plenty rental car places around with very good consumer service compare to hertz of Rochester hills
This location has gone downhill. I've been using this location for a few years and each time there is a glitch. Car not ready, not what I asked for, reservation not looked at yet. I have to consider another location.
Either way this review wont be fair.. The people are kind here but money hungry corp. allows customers to book cars that they will have no way of fulfilling. The end results are the associates having to deal with rude customers who like me booked a car and who barely got it the day it was reserved for....keep in mind I reserved it 10 days in advance too.
Worst place made reservation. Had to cancel after 2.5 hrs of wait. Will not use this place again.
