Never ever rent from this location. People working over here are just bunch of rip offs, have no sense of customer service, customer retainment and no common sense. They are good at ripping off And wasting other people’s time. Service business with such staff and representatives... just wow. Enterprise should rethink their hiring process. I had the worst experience in this location for a car rental. Fair cars but staffs ....OMG !!! I SAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

I have rented multiple vehicles and have always had a great experience. Nice staff, clean vehicles, convenient location.
Terrible. I was quoted one price, told to bring it in at a certain time. I brought it in at that time but was charged for an extra day. When I called and asked why I was told that I had been quoted something different and that I returned the car a different day then I had. I pulled up the receipt I had been emailed and explained what I was quoted and what I paid for and how that showed up on my receipt. I was then told that is not what it was and that I was lying. After trying to explain multiple times that I was literally reading the emailed receipt and that accomplishing nothing, I asked for the manager. Well the terrible customer service I was receiving was from the manager. So after being called a liar and being told that I dropped it off at a different time then I did, I will no longer rent from this enterprise. What a ripoff and joke worthy customer service. If this issue is resolved I will change my review and will consider being an enterprise customer in the future.
Service at the counter was cordial and professional. Vehicle was clean and operated as expected. The only negative is the increasing practice of all rental agencies on not providing a full tank of gas at rental initiation. Forcing the renter to fill to some indicated state of the gas level, while it may be beneficial to the provider, is a pain for the renter.
Wish I can give 0 stars. My mistake for not planning the trip well and my bad luck to come to this rental place, I have had lots of rental from other enterprise locations. First of all, the guy who was assisting me, didn't want to give me a rental for a day. Even though I just needed for 1 day max. Alright, I agreed to book for 2 days. Then, he told me that the enterprise's weekend special is not valid for Michigan. Ok, I needed the car. Third he assured me that he would give me discounts, he didnt. He charged me $45.15/day for 2 days for Hyundai Accent. I should've have gone somewhere else but since I had trust in enterprise i stuck to it. Big mistake. He put down my deductible to $500 even though I corrected him that it is $250. On the day of the return, the side fender popped off. It was no one's fault. There was no dent nothing, not even a slight scratch. Since it was under my name I agreed to file claim. I filed the claim, progressive told me it will take few hours to get the claim number since I filed it through progressive app. When I mentioned this to the same guy whom we made the transaction (he is of indjan origin), he said it never happened to him and he needs the claim number right now or else he threato that he would close the transaction, charge me $3000 and then they would file the claim on behalf of me. I told them i will contact my insueance once again. This time I got my claim number and gave it to them. Then I found out they charged me $500 deductible instead of $250.
