I called Sunday morning explaining the urgency of the situation and asked if she could be seen that day. They told me no and to call around anywhere else, but they aren't going to see her.

During my visit to the pet hospital, the staff encountered a computer error which caused me to be charged for services that should've been covered by my pets preventive care plan. Brianna went above and beyond to sort this out, calling corporate, getting in touch with her off-duty manager, and was calm and collected the whole time. I highly recommend this location.

The Rochester Banfield truly cares about their patients/pets, but I can't say the same about Troy.

DR WHEAT IS AMAZING

If I could give them zero stars I would. I just rescued a 6 week old puppy and called them first thing to get my puppy in to get dewormed and first round of shots. Explained the urgency of the situation as I have another dog and do not want him to get sick also. They set me up an appointment 3 days later. It was storming that day and traffic was horrendous the day of the appointment. I called to let them know I would be just a few minutes late (not even 5mins late). They stated I needed to reschedule. They cut no slack due to weather conditions and that I was going to be less than 5mins late to the appointment. Not to mention the person I spoke with on the phone was very rude. I would not recommend this banfield.

These people do not know what they are doing. Brought my sick cat in for what seemed to be a UTI or bladder infection. They felt her stomach and said it was not that and wanted to run $500 in tests saying it could be heart problems, blood clot, etc and kept insisting it was not an infection. I insisted they give me antibiotics at the advice of a friend whom fosters cats and 7 days later my cat is almost back to normal. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PETS!!

I then called the Rochester Banfield. I said I needed to put her back on a wellness plan to cover the visit etc. On the phone they apologized for Troy and said to bring her in at 10AM (the time the vet comes in). When I got there they took me immediately, took good care of my dog, listened to my concerns, and didn't charge me! They were more concerned with my dog's health over money and said when she is feeling better bring her in and they can put her on a plan. But in the meantime all of us focus on getting her better. She said if my dog keeps coughing to call and they will up the dose without having to bring her back in.

My dog has heart problems and I had to take her to the animal ER Thursday night. I called Sunday because she was coughing badly again and the ER vet said to follow up with their normal vets as soon as we could, but if she starts coughing try to get in asap.

Banfield is a complete rip off, I pay $40 a month for wellness visits and supposedly the convinence of being seen if needed. This Banfield randomly decided to close Tuesday's and the other two nearby could not see him today. I need my dog seems because he won't stop gagging, basically they told me to let him gag until they had an open appointment in a couple days. Good thing my year is almost up for my wellness plan, will for sure never go to a Banfield again. Also, I'm pretty sure they are the reason my last dog died at age 9.
