Love this place for the dog wash room. It's a private room to take our husky for a bath. We take him to full service spa, but they never get down deep because of his thick hair. So this place lets me what I need to do myself. All the shampoos, conditioners, fresheners, etc are included as well as hair drier and towels. Great staff.
I wasn't having the best luck with my dogs food at a big chain pet store. They kept changing the kibble size, and sometimes, I couldn't even find it so I stopped in just recently into the Rochester Hills location of Premier Pet Supply and I was treated so nicely as soon as I walked into the door. Unfortunately, the location did not carry the food my dog is currently on but the gentleman who asked if I needed any help had some great information on other options he would recommend feeding my dog. So far, my dog LOVES the food and I will be shopping here again! I really enjoy shopping small and local!
Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Nice selection of premium foods and pet treats. Plenty of toys for all pets. They have the best dog wash tubs around. Private well stocked rooms to clean your pet yourself. Super cool. A good place to check out.
Love Love Love this store and so do my two dogs! I came to this store to help find a great food that wasnt going to rob the bank for a dog we recently had rescued. The owner introduced me to the Fromm line of dog food which has done wonders for my dogs coat and allergies. Recently we switched her over to a grain free version of Fromm which i can't find anywhere else except this place and now she and her little brother who is on the same food are thriving!!! Every time i go in there the staff is friendly and very helpful answering any questions i have. Love the fact that they have so many grain free choices for my dogs even as far as having grain free pre made birthday bones for that special day of the year for them! Thanks for being an awesome store!!! I will keep coming back here and only shop her for my dogs food and treats!
I stopped in to find low sodium cat food. The associate was extremely helpful. She did some online research to find out the sodium level in several lines of food I was looking at. All staff I encountered nice and helpful. I took off one star due to the selling of Beta fish. It's a cruel and unnecessary practice. It's not true that Beta fish in the wild live in small amounts of water. They live in rice paddies, some of which are 3 feet deep. The fish swim / jump from one area to another so they are not left living their lives in a little cup of water or in a tiny tank. They are smart, sentient beings. They don't fight to the death in the wild - only when sick humans put two males together with no means of escape.
