Phenomenal florist, I wouldn't recommend any other florist in the area. I have used this florist seven times to have flowers delivered and every single time they were on point and did an excellent job.
Pulled up at 3 in the afternoon to a woman locking the door. I asked her aren't you still open with a response of sorry we are not despite the hours posted on the door saying they were open. Terrible customer service, I would have anticipated her saying we are closing what do you need. I needed to buy an arrangement quickly, and it would have taken no less than 5 minutes of her time. Lesson learned to not give them future business.
I've ordered flowers twice through Old Towne Florist, and I was going to order again from them, but saw they only had a 3.4 star rating so I thought I'd share my positive experiences. Both times they delivered on schedule, and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. My girlfriend loves them every time and they always last for around 2 weeks. Thanks for continuing to be a reliable local business!
I see a great many of these negative reviewers complaining about flowers being delivered to their neighbors when they weren't home. Let me make one thing clear to you. If you are not home, the ONLY appropriate place for the flowers to go is a neighbor who is willing to hold onto them until you return, unless you want to drive to the florist and pick them up yourselves. Many of you are very negative people upset that you might actually have to communicate with your neighbors for once in your life, and to this I say GET THE HELL OVER YOURSELF AND STOP BEING A CHILD. The people leaving these negative reviews are just sad and hate-filled people, Olde Towne Florist has never failed me and they've had several opportunities to prove their worth. Their drivers are always polite and friendly. Their product is always on point.
This is a nice little locally owned flower shop with tons of Nick-nacks that are reasonably priced. They have flowers you can buy single, or prearranged flowers for any occasion! One draw back is that it is a small place so they don't have a huge variety on hand, but if you call ahead they can have it for you, most of the time same day! It's hard to find personal service like this anymore! This is why it has 5 stars!
