Got some great gifts at terrific prices with the coupons available. The cashier was awesome. She told me about an online coupon and how to access it with my smartphone. That was above and beyond!
Items sought and advertised were not available. Some staff unaware of sale items and not able to help. One other one was very knowledgeable and helpful. Plenty of parking.
The store was very clean when I came to shop at 9am. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The custodian, John, got me a cart when he saw how many items I had in my hand. He even helped me put them in the cart. He went above and beyond to be helpful. The cashier at the jewelry department who rang up my items was friendly and most helpful. I believe her name was Christian. Both employees were Santa Angels to me. I would highly recommend shopping at this KOHL'S store because of them.
Always busy but I always find what I need. Stock is always full.
The return center would not let me exchange an item for a different color with a receipt even. I even contacted Kohl’s online and they said I could exchange just to go in store but the store was not helpful at all and just said they couldn’t with no real good reason.
