The women who is the so called "judge" is the embodiment of what it means to be evil and unjustly. Looking for justice? You won't find it here. Looking to be treated with respect and district and as a human? You will not find it here. Unfortunately I can't give anything under 1 star
rude/arrogant/condescending attitudes of all employed there. stopped going to downtown rochester in 2014, GOOD RIDDANCE. Looks like they have yet to get their act together.
They dont care if your a good person, they just want every dollar they can get.
I have NEVER dealt with such an awful court district. They are incredibly rude, they treat everyone like they are the scum of the earth. And they have no respect for a persons livelihood. Every other court district will give you time to pay if you inform them of financial hardship. This district doesn't care if their fee is what's standing between you and eviction, they want it now, or else you face an absurdly high late fee, and are threatened with license suspension. They need some serious reform, cause this is just absurd.
