I like this store more now that they added color to their clothing line. No longer just black and white. Clothes are a little pricey but high quality. They have great sales!
This location is the worst. They give you the run around with returns - policy says 60 day return policy but beware if the months have 31 days - you're screwed. Also, online orders take forever (typically 2 weeks) to get delivered so that reduces your return window too since the return is based on order date.
This is my favorite White house black market Store. The staff are very friendly, but not pushy. They go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for and they always let you know if you have coupons available. The will also go out of their way to order things if they are not available in you size at the store.The staff knows their best customers by name and cannot do enough to accommodate them. I love this store!!
